1. What is Fashion Your Way?
Fashion Your Way is a print-on-demand clothing brand where every product is made only after you place an order. We offer a wide range of custom-printed apparel for men, women, and kids — giving you the freedom to express your style, your way.
2. How does print-on-demand work?
When you place an order, your selected design is printed on high-quality apparel using advanced printing technology. Each item is freshly made — not pre-produced — ensuring you receive a brand-new, customized product.
3. How long does it take to receive my order?
Order processing takes 2 to 4 business days, and shipping typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we currently do not offer COD. All orders must be paid online during checkout using secure payment methods.
5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase if production has not started.
Once printing begins, cancellations are no longer possible as each item is made specifically for you.
6. Can I return or exchange my product?
Since every product is custom-printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or design changes.
However, if your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll gladly provide a replacement or refund.
7. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Send us clear photos or a short video showing the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
8. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
Use this number to track your order on the courier’s website.
9. What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you made a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.
We can update the address only if your order hasn’t entered production or shipping yet.
