At Fashion Your Way, every product is made on demand — printed and prepared individually after each order is placed. We do this to reduce waste and offer unique, personalized fashion for everyone.

Because of our made-to-order process, cancellations are subject to specific conditions outlined below.

🔄 Can I cancel my order?

  • Within 12 hours of placing the order: ✅ Yes, you can cancel your order if production has not yet started.

  • After 12 hours / once printing begins: ❌ Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible, as your item has already entered production.

⚠️ Print-on-demand items are made especially for you — once printing begins, we cannot modify or stop the process.

📩 How to request a cancellation

To cancel your order (within 12 hours), please contact us at:

Include the following details:

  1. Subject: Cancel Order – Order #12345

  2. Your Name & Email used for the order

  3. Reason for cancellation (optional)

Our team will review and confirm your cancellation eligibility within 24 hours.

💳 Refund for approved cancellations

  • If your order is cancelled before production, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

🚫 Non-cancellable situations

We’re unable to cancel orders that:

  • Have entered the printing or packaging stage

  • Contain custom designs or personalized text/images

  • Have already been dispatched

📦 Important Note

We currently do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
All payments must be made securely online during checkout.
